Silent Auction Tonight!
Wooster France Trip 2010 Benefit Show
October 20th to October 24th
Artists Reception and completion of Silent Auction Saturday October 24th between 4pm to 7pm
Truckee River Gallery is excited to host the Wooster High School 2010 France Trip Benefit Show and Silent Auction. This show will feature juried student art and well know Reno artists. The show will be a silent Auction giving you the opportunity to bid on artwork from your favorite student and well known Truckee River Gallery Artists. Part of the proceeds from each sale will go to help a group of Wooster High School Students go to France in the summer of 2010. The starting prices on much of this work will be far below the works normal selling price, so come bid and support one of our local High Schools while getting some great deals on fine art.
Please join us on Saturday October 24th between 4pm on 7pm for an artist reception and the silent auction. We will be serving food and wine and many of the students and artists will be there to meet and talk with.
Here are only a few of the artists, pieces and starting bids - I think you will see this will be a great opportunity to get some fantastic deals on great art!

Truckee River Gallery is excited to tell you we are expanding – Discology (www.discologyreno.com), one of Reno’s primer independent music stores, is moving it and we are going to be sharing our river front space. This will give you even more reason to come down and visit – Art, Jewelry, and now music. A bit about Discology:
"Discology is the little CD store that could. Not only do we carry used/new CDs & DVDs, but we also carry Reno's best selection of new release Vinyl LPs. At Discology, we can archive LPs and Cassettes onto CD and also fix your scratched CDs by making them look like new with our pro disc polisher. Of course, we can also special order just about anything that's in- or out-of-print, so let us know what we can find for you. That's why we call it Disc-ology!"
With this change we will be expanding our hours to:
Tuesday – Saturday • 10am to 6pm
Sunday • 11am to 5pm.
This will give you even more opportunity to visit us and see our shows.
